Pros: 

-Built-in Roku with Wifi to access unlimited content over the internet
-Ease of use, simple to use interface makes watching and configuring the TV easy
-Price is cheap compared to other much more expensive price for its specs

Cons:

-Speaker - The speaker only outputs 14 watts dont expect loud thumping sounds
-Refresh Rate - with only 60Hz refresh rates, fast moving images or videos may stutter a bit, and its also not so good in gaming.
-Slow Startup - rather slow starting up process when TV is turned on.
