Pros:

Cons:
- Low resolution of 1080p for a 43 inch screen
- Sluggish interface navigation, lags and longer to start up

My Verdict
For the price point I can't really say that it is a bad HDTV because it only has 1080p maximum resolution. The roku interface won it for me, because it is easy to use and navigate to. This HDTV is also perfect for your parents or your kids but definitely not good for watching ultra High Def movies
