Insignia NS-40D420NA18 Features, Specs and Manual

Overview

This is the 40 inch version of the NA series, now this time it has a maximum of 1080p resolution. With the ability to input 3 HDMI devices at the same time and a USB port to allow for storage media playback. The 178° viewing angle allows for more viewing versatility and the v-chip blocks any channels that are bad for your kids.

With a total pixels of 1280 by 1080 pixels this TV is perfect for watching full HD movies and media. More detail and picture quality than the previous insignia 720p HDTV's.

2 HDMI Ports

Pros:

  • Cheap price compared to other HDTV in its class

Verdict

For the size of 40 inch this may be one of the cheapest HDTV in its class. Don't expect for a smart interface though this HDTV has only a standard user interface, but it is easy to use and setup. And with the ability to play media files via your storage devices is a huge plus for this cheaply priced HDTV.
