Overview

This is the 65-inch version of the MU 6300 series lineup by Samsung. It has a total of 4K Ultra HD resolution that is 4 times more pixels than the standard 1080p full hd. The HDR capability is further enhanced with color enhancing tech like the 4K color drive, essential black pro and motion rate 120. The speakers are powered by Dolby for much more immersive listening experience. The smart interface allows for easy setup and access of media files online or offline.

Here are some of the features that I find interesting.

4K Ultra HD

It has 4 times more pixels compared to regular Full HD Tv's. More detail displayed on the screen and extra ordinary colors are produced for more large and realistic viewing experience.

4K Color Drive

This further widens the color spectrum produced by the HDTV. Allowing for more colors and close to real life like colors are processed and displayed on the HDTV.

4K HDR Pro

Not just your ordinary HDR, but this one is further processed and enhanced by the TV. Allowing for much more wider contrast, deeper blacks and glowing brights without any loss of detail.

Essential Black Pro

Making blacks appear much more darker to no traces of light or backlight bleeding. All of this is done without any loss of detail on a dark subject or scenes.

Motion Rate 120

This makes the screen more fluid and smoother frame by frame. This makes action fast pack scene appears smooth and you will never miss any action again.

UHD Upscaling

Converts your old non-HD media into a playable 4K media that can be played directly on the Samsung Ultra HDTV.

Pros:

Excellent picture quality
Easy to use Smart Hub interface
Excellent sound quality thru the built-in speakers

Cons:

Motion rate is to slow for some scenes
There is no headphone/auxilliary 3.5mm jack

Verdict:

Great HDTV for the price, performance and picture quality. The Smart Hub user interface is easy to use for day to day TV watching and it is great when connected to the internet. As for gaming this is best if the game console also supports HDR. Overall this HDTV from Samsung is a great buy.
