iBuyPower Trace941 Desktop Features, Specs and Drivers

Product Overview

The iBuyPower Trace940 is already a good machine, but it lacks VR capability. This is why iBuyPower now produce a upgraded version called Trace941 that is built specifically to enjoy VR games.

Main Features

Intel Core i7-8700K Processor

Not only it can handle most triple AAA games like pubg, but the Trace941 can also do high resolution video editing and can also do heavy multi tasking.

Nvidia GTX 1080

With a total of 8gb of video memory this can easily handle games and can run it on ultra high settings. It is also VR ready meaning you can plug in your Occulus Rift and play virtual reality games.

16GB RAM

Can handle heavy multi-tasking, multiple running programs or open multiple browser all at the same time without slowing the computer or crashing.

1TB HDD and 240GB SSD

The 1 terabyte hard disk drive is enough to store your files like videos, programs, games or documents. But if you want faster loading speed you can install your games into the additional SSD drive that has high bandwidth transfer and loading speed.

Water Cooling

Instead of using fans this desktop uses water as its main cooling. Water cooling is more effective than standard air cooling on CPU or GPU.

If you are looking a pre-built virtual reality desktop system that saves you from hassle of building and possibly will save money compared to buying the components one-by-one. The desktop casing has beautiful design with RGB lighting and water cooling looks cool to look at. Although the main downside is the motherboard, it has less feature and lacks support on the manufacturer's website.
