The GoPro Hero HD is the budget friendly version of the GoPro Hero series which can still shoot photo or video but with the slight downgrade of quality because this can only capture for up to 2560 by 1440 resolution and it doesn't have 4K recording capabilities. Nevertheless it still performs well especially it has a CMOS sensor but the short battery life when recording video still persists on the Hero series.
