The most affordable ceramic heater out on the market today (as of this writing) is from Insignia. This heater is capable of heating quickly upon activation which makes it the best for the money heater that can easily warm the surrounding area with easy to use controls. The only downside is the 1 speed fan setting which may be a downside for some users. But overall it is well built with added safety features makes this one of the best heaters out there.
