Google Pixel 4a GA02099-US Features, Specs and Manual

The Pixel 4a is a mid-range spec smartphone that can rival its current competitors out on the market. It features a budget-friendly price but a capable processor and a 60Hz screen refresh rate that is also ideal for gaming or watching movies. The 5.8-inch screen is an AMOLED with a small hole for the front 8-megapixel camera and at the back it only has 1 12-megapixel camera shooter but it takes very nice picture especially in lowlight conditions. This smartphone is powered by Snapdragon 730 with 6 gigabytes of ram and a 128gb internal memory with no memory card slot for expansion.

Pixel 4a Top 5 Features

1. 60Hz Display

The AMOLED 2340 by 1080 (1080p) 5.8-inch screen has a refresh rate of 60Hz which makes gaming  and watching movies smoother. Having this refresh rate on a budget phone is rare on today's market.

2. Snapdragon 730

This is a mid-tier processor that is still capable of gaming and it is very efficient on battery life. The Pixel 4a can detect apps that are rarely used and can lessen the CPU usage to prolong battery life. The Pixel 4a comes with an 18watts fast charger and it has a USB Type-C interface to charge its 3,140mah battery.

3. 12 Megapixel Rear Camera

It may only has a single camera as its main shooter at the rear, but this camera packs a punch in terms of low light performance and it is one of the best for in terms of its price range. While the front camera is neatly placed on the screen with no notch, it is just a hole on the left side.

4. 128GB Storage

It has no expandable memory or memory card slot but the 128 gigabytes of storage is enough to store most games, files, movies, pictures and videos.

5. Dual Front Firing Speakers

Speakers are the front-firing types which means it doesn't get block while playing games compared to the traditional bottom-firing one.

The Google Pixel 4a is a huge surprise on the smartphone market (as of this writing) today because of its very affordable price and good features and performance compared to its mid-range spec counterparts like the iPhone SE or the Oneplus phones. It may not be a flagship contender, it never meant to be, but for the performance, you get it is a winner for those who are on a budget and looking for a cheap phone to have. Overall I highly recommend this phone for those who are on a tight budget.
