Apple MX532AM/A AirTag Features, Specs and Manual

 Quick Overview

The Apple AirTag is a unique device that can be attached to things or objects like bags, phones, cameras, or any important things that are commonly misplaced or lost. The item can be traced using an iPhone and it will show the current distance and the direction of the AirTag when used. If it is more than the maximum range it can be found using the other devices using the Find My Network of devices using the help of other iPhone or any compatible device that uses the service.

Here are the Top 5 Features of the Apple AirTag:

1. Precision Tracking

Track a lost object or a thing using a smartphone when the AirTag is still attached to the lost item it can precisely track and direct the exact location along with the distance from the object.

2. Lost Mode

If the range of the signal is more than the maximum range capability then the AirTag automatically switches to the Lost Mode and it can automatically communicate to the Find My Network service for it to connect to other iPhone devices and it will let know where the item is.

3. Built-in Speaker

The built-in speaker will make a sound and it will be an audible way of finding the lost item if an AirTag is attached to it.

4. One-Tap Setup

The one-tap setup works using NFC and it will automatically recognize it and the setup will commence. The NFC also helps in identifying the lost AirTag on other smartphones as well.

5. IP67 Rating

The AirTag is water and dust resistant and it is rated IP67 on controlled laboratory testing conditions.

Verdict/Final Thoughts

The Apple AirTag is a great way to track your lost things/belongings with the precision of locating it. It is easy to use and pair with your smartphone. The only problem is the AirTag doesn't come along with an attachment/holder if you are planning to put it outside of the bag. But I personally recommend it putting it inside of the bag or an inconspicuous place so that thieves won't just remove it and throw it away.
